The 368-metres tall Berliner Fernsehturm (television tower) by night. The pride of communist German Democratic Republic.
I snapped this picture after my husband and I had enjoyed the breathtaking view of Berlin from the top of the tower.

Is it just me, or does it bear some resemblance to a gigantic.. penis?
You mean a very long, slim, and circumcised penis?
Nah, it's just you.
:-)
Great photo!
Since the photo has the sky in it, which reminds me of the global warming debate, (okay I am trying to make a smooth transition here) as an fyi, I read an interesting article in the Reuters science section today about the origins of life on earth. Apparently, climate can be effected by tectonic activity, and when lands pops up out of the ocean more oxygen is released which cools the earth, and probably vice versa I guess. Anyway, it seems the climate is controlled by a lot more natural phenomena than we had realized.
