Bertrand Russell on Philosophy

Bertrand Russell:

The point of philosophy is to start with something so simple as to seem not worth stating, and to end with something so paradoxical that no one will believe it.

After studying metaethics for a couple of semesters, I think I know exactly what Russell meant when he wrote this in his book The Philosophy of Logical Atomism.
